God, magician or king, more or less it doesn’t really matter, it is always pretty clear that it is him. It is Stephan Bodzin. Whether you know or do not know anything about electronic music, this name is a phenomenon. Just take a look at his show and you are immediately clear that the names he gets, he deserves. What this man is doing behind the decks is literally alchemy.

I was saying to myself by which track I will introduce him to you so you can say:”Yes, Ripper was right, this piece really fit into his description”. Finding such a track is unfortunately a challenging task. However, I eventually chose one and I believe the right one. And mainly, this is not the last time I am writing about Stephan – such a legend deserves to be in the eyes far more than with just one song.

As you already knew from the title, I picked out Catamaran. The record comes from the latest EP called Strand from 2017. I came across this tune immediately in the day of his release and I must say that after the main melody entered, my world stopped. I won’t write anything more, minutes are running and Catamaran is waiting for your ears to satisfy.

To have a better picture, I append record from Cercle serie where Stephan introduced himself on the remarkable Swiss mountain resort of Piz Gloria, which can boast with an altitude of 2,970 meters. Since the set contains all of Stephan’s jewels, I recommend to play it whole.
